A normal week's rental is from Saturday 4pm, to 10am the following Saturday. The calendar shows weeks starting on your arrival Saturday. Therefore your departure day will be the start of the following week's rental. Please contact us if you would like to arrive outside of these days / times as this can often be arranged. Where there is no price quoted, please contact us for special rates.

What's included in the price:
The price shown for the week includes bed linen and towels for 4 people, if 6 people are staying, please add €40. The price also includes the cleaning of the apartment, so there are no supplements to add to the price shown and no need to waste any precious holiday time, although we do ask that you leave the apartment tidy. Travel costs are not included.
Welcome packs can easily be arranged, costing from €20 for a basic pack, which would ensure that you arrived to find tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam, orange juice fruit and a bottle of wine waiting. Other, more substantial packs can also be provided, please let us know your requirements when booking.
Discounts are available for rentals of more than 1 week. Long weekends / short stays are possible - please send us an enquiry and we will let you know the price and availability of your requirements.
Booking process:
€200 deposit will secure the booking, once received, we will send you a booking confirmation. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks before departure, if booking less than 8 weeks in advance, then full price to be paid at time of booking.
A security deposit cheque to the value of €200 is required in case of damage to the apartment, or if excessive cleaning is necessary. This will not be cashed unless required, and we will return it to you once our cleaner has verified that all is OK. The security deposit should be included when making full payment.
